Good Morning. In this occasion, First of all, let us thank the Almighty God who has given us His blessings and Mercy so we can gather today in healthy and good condition. Secondly, Allow me to also thank you for your presence today, and for all the interest you thus show in our organization. It is an honor, but also a great pleasure for me to be here in front of you this afternoon to deliver my vision and mission as the candidate of the Students Association Organization Leader.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rahman Maulana. My friends usually called me by Rahman. I am now in the eight grade in science major. As the the candidate of the Students Association Organization Leader I would like to present my vision and mission to be the leader of students’ association leader.

My vision is to make our school, Garuda Senior High School become known from its active, innovative, responsible, religious and competitive students in this city. This vision, of course, cannot be realized without the mission. My missions are then, first, establish excellent, restrained and respectful communication with all students of the different classes of the School Community. This is can make the students to have a high sense of belonging in the organization. Because a strong school comes from the solid students.

My dear audience, my second mission is that I wil encourage the students’ strong faith in God. I will continue all the previous religious events and other events held by the previous members of the Students Association Organization. Third, I will enforce again the implementation of discipline in this school by forming student officers whose job is to enforce students’ discipline.

The fourth, with the principal’s permission, I will build lockers for the students. I understand the hassle of moving from one class to the other class in a day while carrying our heavy school bag and all of our current project given by the teachers. So this locker can help and save us from the hassle. We can store our stuff there and only bring the essentials for the next class. Each locker will be installed with the lock, so I can assure you that your stuff will be save there.
So here I am standing here to appeal for a positive leadership in search of improving coexistence in the student organization with the school Institution. Students Association Organization is a part of the school Institution, and I believe the good coexistence between both will bring the scool to be the most recognized school in the city.

Thus, this wrapped my vision and mission in this short speech. It is my wish for all the members of this school to support wisely whomever you deem as the best leader. I hope my vision and mission also can help you to decide for whom you would support as the Students Association Organization leader. Visi saya adalah menjadikan sekolah kita, SMA Garuda dikenal di kota ini karena siswanya aktif, inovatif, bertanggung jawab, religius dan kompetitif. Visi ini, tentu saja, tidak bisa diwujudkan tanpa misi-misi. Oleh karena itu misi saya, pertama, membangun komunikasi yang sangat baik, terkendali dan penuh hormat dengan semua siswa dari berbagai kelas di Komunitas Sekolah ini. Hal ini dapat membuat siswa memiliki rasa kekeluargaan yang tinggi dalam organisasi. Karena sekolah yang kuat berasal dari siswa solid.

Hadirin yang sangat saya hormati, misi kedua saya adalah dengan mendorong dan mendukung nilai-nilai keagamaan siswa terhadap Tuhan, saya akan melanjutkan semua acara keagamaan sebelumnya dan acara lainnya yang diadakan oleh anggota OSIS sebelumnya di sekolah ini. Ketiga, saya akan menegakkan lagi penerapan disiplin di sekolah ini dengan membentuk kelompok petugas siswa yang tugasnya memberlakukan disiplin siswa di sekolah ini.

Yang keempat, dengan izin kepala sekolah, saya akan membuat loker untuk para siswa. Saya memahami benar betapa repotnya harus berpindah dan mengikuti pelajaran dari satu kelas ke kelas lainnya dalam satu hari sekolah sambil membawa tas sekolah kita yang berat dan belum lagi semua pekerjaan kita yang sedang ditugaskan oleh para guru kemana-mana. Jadi loker ini bisa membantu dan menyelamatkan kita dari kerepotan ini. Kita bisa menyimpan barang-barang kita di sana dan hanya membawa barang-barang atau buku yang akan dipakai untuk kelas berikutnya. Setiap loker akan dipasang dengan kunci, jadi saya dapat meyakinkan kalian bahwa barang teman-teman akan aman di sana.

Jadi di sinilah saya berdiri untuk mengajukan kepemimpinan positif yang mencari peningkatan koeksistensi dalam organisasi siswa dengan Institusi sekolah. OSIS adalah bagian dari Institusi Sekolah, dan saya percaya koeksistensi yang baik antara keduanya akan membawa sekolah menjadi sekolah yang maju dan paling dikenal di kota ini.

Dengan demikian, disinilah akhir dari penyampaian visi dan misi saya dalam pidato singkat ini. Second, I will plant the sense of belonging as family among the students by holding a camp at school. Third, I will form a good organization team that is able to show their great identity, personality, and integrity as the example of good students.

Fourth, I will hold seminar and camp about leadership at school for all students. Fifth, I will help teachers and school in implementing discipline attitude among the students. Sixth, I will hold some competition in arts, science, and sport. I will invite other schools in this province to join the competition and it is also a mean to promote our school and show them the goodness of our school. Seventh, I will increase the students’ awareness about environment around the school. Eighth, I will develop and explore the students’ potential, creativity, aptitude, and interest by providing and holding some extra class or tutorial in the field that may attract their interest, such as arts, sport, other field.
